This Hillcrest developer really bad workmanship. Leaking always not fixed well and bad workmanship.

Their workers all is bangla and not professional. Simply fixed only then few weeks will happen again.

i think this happen quite common in most development nowadays, still sorry to hear that.

I know common but also cannot be fixed few times also cannot solve right. Is now mostly kiam siap and not willing to pay high to hire professional workers do only.

A bit old school somehow, the design, and also the materials used. That's the vibe and feel that I get, although I must say, land wise, it's damn spacious.

Saw the parcel collection area is quite a mess. Is every high rise residency having the same situation? Very easy for parcel to be mistakenly collected or stole right?

Yea parcel drop off is quite new here, before Covid they used to send it straight to your unit.

Post Covid more and more couriers prefer to just drop it off at the lobby area/management does not allow courier to go up your unit.

If you are worried that your item may get stolen, send it to a pick up point or collect it as soon as it is delivered.

From my experience, best would be to engage a 3rd party operator, such as PopBox. Asking the security guard to be the guardian of those parcels is not a proper solution (although it's one that is constantly pushed by owners/tenants).

Yes, the mess of this is above average, usually, it is better managed. For condo's that don't engage a 3rd party operator, what they do is to provide a couple of racks. Also, they do housekeeping from time to time, whereby packages that are ageing are disposed.

At the end of the day, it's a public area, and the management has all the right to dispose the items which are not attended to after a long period of time.
