Outside buildings wall hollow till drop. Almost 90% units basin leaking, hollow tiles seriously, slow respond from developer, lacks of workers do defects due to defects take longer time and not a quality workers, defects do many times still got problems. This Hillcrest developer really bad workmanship. Leaking always not fixed well and bad workmanship.

Their workers all is bangla and not professional. Simply fixed only then few weeks will happen again.

I know common but also cannot be fixed few times also cannot solve right. Is now mostly kiam siap and not willing to pay high to hire professional workers do only.
