How to install Windows 10 Japanese version, new laptop

Hi guys,
Is there any way to do a fresh install / upgrade to Windows 10 Japanese language? All the recovery media is available. Purchase new Dell laptop that comes with original Windows 10. Or should i buy Windows 10 Japanese license? can't seem to find it anyway. |
