Hi guys,
Is there any way to do a fresh install / upgrade to Windows 10 Japanese language? All the recovery media is available. Purchase new Dell laptop that comes with original Windows 10.
Or should i buy Windows 10 Japanese license? can't seem to find it anyway.

Open your settings app>system>about or control panel>system, to find out what edition your laptop is running. Then just download the corresponding version. If you're running Windows 10 pro, you are allowed to change language by downloading language packs. I believe you can't do so on home/single language editions, which you must download the installer/iso in the language you want and reinstall.

Single Language does not have Japanese version
TS download yourself addon that can change User Agent String and change it to either Linux or macOS that's non Windows
Now visit back the website and it will give you a straight download link instead of that Media Creation tool...
Edit: The N version just no Windows Media Player, sold in Euro countries
