There will be speed difference -- especially write speed. Not because Apple being cheap or shady. It's just how solid state memory works (same thing for pendrive, SSD, phones from other manufacters etc etc). But in real life usage, probably you won't notice the difference much.

It's bout right my 32gb is at that speed when I tried it but in real life using the phone u won't notice it as u don't often write huge data on daily basis. Maybe just transfer all the music on first setup only. Don't think u will edit video on a 32gb lol...
