Normally, how long will it take for delivery if order from Apple online store on 14th Oct?

Just ordered iPhone 7 Black 128GB from Digi (Postpaid 48). Didn't notice GST not included in the price shown on the order page. GST only added on the checkout page.

You mean Digi? I ordered this morning iPhone 7 Black 128GB, the price on the pre-order page is not inclusive of GST. Only on the check out page the additional GST will be shown.

I ordered iPhone 7 128gb Black Postpaid 48. Preorder page shows: Due Today RM 3,233

Ended up like this:

Note that the preorder page inlcludes plan advance payment (RM48) but during checkout it is not included. Strange. Maybe it's applicable only for new numbers.

From my past experience with Digi pre-order (iPhone 5 and 6), you'll possibly receive on this Fri or Sat. But note that I pre-ordered quite early -- the first or second day of preorder.

Just like any other phone, check if it functions properly. Maybe this time additional check is for the hissing/whining sound.

Make sure the phone is doing some processing work (play a youtube video on mute, or updating apps or etc etc), then place your ear next to the Apple logo.

Based on Digi's past record, many users will receive their set on 14th. You could be one of them. Keep your fingers crossed.

There will be speed difference -- especially write speed. Not because Apple being cheap or shady. It's just how solid state memory works (same thing for pendrive, SSD, phones from other manufacters etc etc). But in real life usage, probably you won't notice the difference much.

Don't worry about that. For my past two iPhones, Digi never updated the consignment number too. But delivery was right on time.

Got mine with new SIM (Digi) and inserted the SIM in the iPhone 7. Can I setup the phone and plug in to itunes to install apps even if the new SIM is not active yet?

What is the exact method you used to check? Play a Youtube video and turn down the volume?
