pricing i dunno they count by mm2 that all i know haha,
but basically the process is around like this, first is the cleaning of metal surface from any oil or dirt, then a layer of fine paint powder are sprayed on. after that the whole work piece will be sent to baked in a oven to allow the powder to melt and fused with the surface. the finishing is apply. The final product is a layer of paint coating very resistant to scratch and tough. they are quite a lot of place to do it, around sri kemabng got a few. but worksmanship wise i have no idea.... well may not need specialist but need a patient hand and experince to get a good coat. The key is the oven baking time and temperature from what i know. |
