Hi guys, I've recently placed an order on a Daniel Wellington watch sold under INVISION @ Gemfive. Thing is, after rushing to make the payment since it was the last stock (it said "only 1 left" before I purchased, however after I bought it, it still stated the same), I came to notice that there had been two cases where customers have received a counterfeit product rather than the genuine one by the same seller. I am absolutely devastated to be knowing that I have paid a huge sum for a counterfeit watch.

I am aware that the cancellation would cost a sum of not more than rm10 and a refund would only be in store credits. May I know if any of you have encountered such problem and had it solved by obtaining the full refund back in terms of cash?

Fortunately, my order is still under 'verifying payment'. I'll call in first thing tomorrow to see if the refunds can be credited back to my account, fingers crossed. Thank you for your reply
