I have purchased a fake mvmt watch from gemfive invision, is it possible to request for refund? Anybody successfully claim back their rights after purchasing a fake product from gemfive?

The watch I bought had no original box, no warranty card no manual no tags no stickers and the fake watch had 3 significant difference with the original one.
