I ordered a PS4+ Final Fantasy XV game on Monday morning, until NOW the status still 'verified' & 'acknowledged'.

How long does it take to pack & ship the damn things?

The amazing part is that I paid for shipping. If I knew this would happen I would've ordered from Lazada.

not Lazada but Gemfive, so far never face cancellation frm Lazada 

b'coz of using "TWELVE" twice i believe, so they canceled my order and impose 2% handling fee w/o customer consent. 

i order ip se from gem5, the mrchant call me said the price is wrong and ask me to email gem5 to request cancellation. what should i do?

i suspect they don't have ready stock for all their item. they will get the money from buyer and only place the order for the item.
11street customer service is so lousy! spoken to a woman name Mohana and was told to click request for refund and wait for seller to response. seller already keep the money for more than 30 days and now have to wait for god knows how many days until seller response.
