I read previous comments very ma fan to exchange at City or sometime the rate not good compare to Airport MC. Not sure now.

After clear immigration, there is MC by Bank of Taiwan. But I reached late, they called me to go down.
I change nearby pick up baggage operate by BOT, not much q.
nearby pick up passengers still have few MC.
