Would like to know based on your guys experience. I am going to Belgium tomorrow for 2 weeks, but in between I have to go to Turkey as well for a couple of days for work purpose.

I only changed money to Euro as this Turkey trip just now about this last night and don't think I got the time to change money again. So which one would be better for me if I am going to convert money from Euro to Turkish Lira, would it be better in Belgium or Turkey or it doesn’t differs much anyway.
