QUOTE(azhar75 @ Oct 2 2016, 09:08 AM) Don't use speedtest.net... Speedtest is good to measure the max speed. If you want to find out international traffic you can use server from somewhere else.[attachmentid=7664666] [attachmentid=7664668] p/s : Location = Puncak Alam, Shah Alam Band : HSDPA+ Device : Sammy Note 5 As for fast.com we never know how they measure the speed / cannot choose the server. What we know their speed test is to netflix server. I never know my max speed when using fast.com.. This tested using 3g/unifi and also leased line.. |

QUOTE(azhar75 @ Oct 2 2016, 09:59 AM) No point having to know the max speed when the "effective" download speed is definitely lesser than the max speed in reality... There are so many variable. For me fast.com can show effective single thread download speed. Because when downloading I usually can get more than what fast.com show. I interested with how max speed the pipe can push through. It's like a mineral water bottle. The max capacity is 600ml but "effectively" we buy/drink the water less than 600ml... |

QUOTE(alucard89 @ Oct 2 2016, 09:17 PM) Is it 7 day after a fixed date when using a non certified device? It;s based on ur billing date. Can see in webe selfcare how long your next bill will be ready. Also, every 1 day you used the non certified device, their system will alert you the next day.Like if I test today (02/10), then it ends on 09/10? So I can basically any uncertified device during those 7 days? |

For those with dual sim phone can port to xox with 28 month validaty or redone with RM8/month with 1GB data. Then can use webe as data only. Just an alternative.
I do the same except my data line is YES since all telco no 3/4G signal at my workplace and also home town. I choose redone since got 1G data, use at alternative when in big shopping complex coz yes mostly no signal. This post has been edited by aneip: Oct 9 2016, 11:35 PM |

QUOTE(sardan91 @ Oct 13 2016, 11:32 AM) tq.. considering booster for my parent house since all provider signal not stable.. something got signal, most of the time don't.. Outside around 5-10 meter away than only got stable 2-3 bar with 2mbps speed.. If Outside just in front the best still below 1mbps. |

QUOTE(shikhmuhdsyafiq @ Oct 23 2016, 09:48 PM) I ask a webe customer service rep can i MNP a digi number to my current webe number? He said yes but then direct me to register another number and said when choosing the phone number just enter the number i wish to MNP. I said i only want 1, not 2 webe number. Explaining this to him waste 45 minutes of my life. He later told me it cannot be done, only can register a new number and later terminate the first acc. Seems too much work though for MNP process Don't think it's hasle to terminate. can do online right? |
