just now i chat with webe self care, to terminate my webe as i dont get TM discount, but he insist me to stay for surprises this november, and my november bill will be waived, RM0.00 for next invoice which is on 1st december. so i decided not to terminate my line yet, but i will need to pay rm155.70 for october usage. Win-win i think, so worth to wait until december for their surprises.

Better screenshot the chat..

Mifi, and USB modems are blocked by webe. I thought it's clearly explained already?
*
USB modem no problem.. Just last time you will lose device discount. But since it's not applicable now so no problem already.. Can use. I try myself using TMgo USB modem.. No problem..

why webe suddenly so good, no more vpn tethering needed, i can just tethering directly without purchase =D
*
Happen occasionally, something they need to reconfigure or reboot the device so the checking is off.

Cannot.. Any natting will trigger the tethering detection. Only device with webe internal IP considered no tethering.

so huawei usb modem with  HiLink is K0, non HiLink is 0K ?

I not tested those portal wifi type of usb. But high chance not working. Basically how the network works is, if you need to share the internet through 1 IP there will be natting involved. This can be hide using VPN like what everybody do now.
