but from the general inquiry that you have made, it seems to suggest that "restriction" refers to state consent but if the land itself is a "bumi-lot" then good luck in getting sold to a non-bumi because as far as I know, it is almost impossible UNLESS if it purchased directly from the developer and the developer agreed to paid the "penalty" to "unlock" the property.
