Today went to card centre at the garden requested to add card for FCB (currently hold M2C gold).
The officer only request 3 mth payslip.
Asked can I attach additional supporting doc (such as part time income & EPF).
The officer claimed no need.  
I have been told that need 2 week to process my application.

If you have been contributing to EPF and earning >4k per month, they can print out from their EPF machine. Payslips won't be required.

I think not necessary. But the officer requested it from me.

If he's holding Platinum level, then YES.
If he's holding Gold level, very likely no but providing latest EPF statement should be sufficient to justify any change in income (if there's).

Usually they ask for latest EPF or 3-months pay slip.

Submit your form e-BE 2018 (>RM48k) immediately, then apply the new CC with your latest e-BE instead of payslips or EPF statement.

Hmm. I have not used my BE form to apply any card before. Usually BE form is just an optional document.
If walk-in to card centre, they will just print your latest EPF statement from the machine. No other documents required.

make sure your new job already 3 months, usually EPF statement is enough if you meet the income requirement

Waited for about a year with application got denied twice, finally got approval on the 3rd application.

Applied with EA form at Gardens Card Centre yesterday and got approval message today. Remaining step is to cancel m2c gold visa card before getting charge for sst.

sunday 8pm go apply at counter. give my ic & m2card plat. no need other docs. sign 1 form settle edi.

tuesday morning appear in m2u. Afternoon received call from maybank to pickup card.

tuesday 8pm pick up card, activate and spend edi at manhattan.wakakaka

there wont be any sms to you because there's no direct way for branch to trigger sms thru mbb system.

by right branch staff suppose to call you once they received the card package from card centre/hq. but, they would just ignore due to busy or whatnot.

so, better proactively call them to check. you might get the good news.

My case was that I applied via maybank2u and received e-mail said it has been rejected. So I tried to apply via e-mail as suggested.. 2 hours later I received sms said it has been rejected. My salary is credited to Maybank and the annual salary has met the requirement. Can anyone share how long would be the waiting period to re-apply again?
