logged into my online account and cant view my transaction details. it shows (pending new card activation). I have not received any new cards. How come like this?

i have been travelling overseas this past 3 months very frequently. I could not book any hotels online (agoda or tripadvisor) since i dont use roaming verseas and cannot get/key in the activation code sent to the phone. But i can easily book using ambank cards. No need for any approval codes....
