If the card is sent to your billing address, the call centre should be able to retrieve the Poslaju tracking code from their system.
i specifically asked for delivery before i knew beforehand i will be busy till end of the month and can't go back to the branch.
call centre can only see the last status message saying that my card was approved on 17. no trace of the card after that.

That's the frustrating thing about Maybank branch phone numbers. They usually have a couple of them & only a few of them will be reachable on any single day.
You'll have to try all the numbers until one of them can be reached through.
thanks. there is only one number per branch listed on website. don't feel optimistic about getting thru.
