I think they somehow revised the terms, where I applied for AMEX plat, and I got it, and wished to upgrade my Ikhwan to Plat, they don't allow, and asked me to re-apply after 6 months. And this is from 1U.

Back then I applied M2C Gold, and applied with Ikhwan, no issues.

in regards to 4900, how do we know? I've checked on my e-statement but it doesn't show the MCC code though.
