Correct me if I am wrong, let say my card was approved and received in Feb 2017, the annual fee will be charged either in Jan 2018 or Feb 2018, right?

Anyone ever receive promotion from Maybank on lower interest balance repayment plan? The guy told me that they are offering 0.74%, with RM 100 upfront processing fee. No penalty for early settlement also.
