If i got Amex and FCB I could just cancel the visa or MasterCard right since not using it and need to pay SST.

I am just applying it recently so I was thing to ask them not to send me the visa and MasterCard.
Is it possible

So after they send me I need to call back and ask them to cancel the card is it?

i just went over to normal bank branch to submit my forms with only payslip.

Do i have higher chance if i go straight to credit card center or giving more papers like EPF?
