May I ask, why some shops charge a certain percentage and some shops don't when we wanna do installment? For example if I wanna buy a RM1299 phone, on Lazada the amount is RM1299/12 but I went to a Samsung store earlier they said got a 5% charge on top (RM1363/12?)
