suddenly I recalled when Maybank Barcelona VS came out the advertisement says online apply got free gift. Anybody got any free gift?

I applied via online maybank2u , and I went to 1U maybankard centre to enquire about free gift, they say only for those signed up during road shows. Then I called up CS, they told me only roadshows or telemarketers offer such gifts.

Here is the TnC given by the CS when i email them to ask for it... look like simply do a TnC last min only when requested.

cannot set the SMS alert if your card is PIN & PAY. this is what i was told when i called up maybank cs to change my SMS alert to RM1.

then i challenge him asking if paywave also no SMS alert, then he keep repeating the same thing again like avoiding my question

Applied FCB through RinggitPlus. I got the card and read through the TnC for the Halogen Cooker Campaign.

and shall NOT be eligible for this Campaign:
2.3.1 existing Principal/Supplementary Cardholders of any Maybank
Credit Card;

I have an existing Maybank2cards. Does this mean I am not eligible even this is a different card.
