I added M2Premier cards in Feb and my expiry month in April, the officer in The Gardens also mentioned the same to me that I will be charged twice. However, if check from the FAQ, each card will only be charged once every year. I also confirmed the same with CS at Premier line, she checked and called me back to inform me the same, I won't be charged again in April.

I already got charged for my M2Premier in early March and so far still nothing for my other conventional cards. Though it's not yet charged but I'm pretty confident I will be charged once only. This is stated in B&W.
