For my understanding, for banks including Maybank, their profit remains the same as they charge the same merchant rate whether it's eWallet top up or other retail transaction.

It's the eWallets that takes the lose as they absorb the Merchant rate when we top up with credit card and they also do special promotions like shake rewards, bigpoints, etc.

So, from my point of view, it's the eWallets that are losing money and in the future, less rewards will be given to make their business more sustainable.

CS Mini Market - Mostly Public Bank but some cashiers use Maybank.

my condo accept card, but now due to MCO, mgmt office dont allow residents to visit office. payment via online transfer only 

still got whole month of May to plan the spending. if MCO lifted or mgmt office allow visitation, then good to pay in advance to maximize cb.

Any reason to keep this card if I already have OCBC titanium which offers 1% cashback as well?

already long time no cb/tp for ewallets, right?

TNG WALLET - Yes.
But after CIMB-TNG changed the transaction description to TNG EWALLET then no more 2% CB.
