Weird...the sms verification wasn't sent to me, now I have "too many codes requested" error lol

I got the sms after like 10 minutes plus, by that time I can't add the card on my apple pay.

Called the bank and the cs said try again later. I suppose it is on apple side. Maybank didn't block anything yet.

Probably best if you can call in and ask the CS.

I got my card blocked after too many attempts. Now that i have unblocked it, the card still cannot be added. Maybank CS says the relevant department is doing some processing. I suppose wait and see.

still unable to add my AMEX card... keep getting too many code requested error...

Mine is success with phone, then same error with AW, repeated steps mentioned, no help even after waited a day

I have added the card to my phone and watch now. I did call the maybank cs a few times previously so I am not sure if they have settled it at the back end, or maybe need wait 24 hours after the add failure so the iphone will request for the sms. I successful added at around 4pm, which was the same time I first tried to add the card yesterday. It wasn't working this morning.

I had a funny reaction when I wanted to pay with Grab Pay and took out my phone then the sales lady held the paywave merchant terminal closer to me for me to tap my phone

For Malaysians, how is the experience using the Apple Pay in retail store?

You tell them that you wanna pay card right? And just tap the phone onto the terminal?

Since the initial announcement, I think the list is still the same.
Wondering if other banks are not interested to participate.

I've called Maybank for 5 times , still not solved yet
They also have no clues

I add it via MAE app so they auto fill everything
Manually add i put my full name also same

The limit depends on ur bank account settings. In this case you might need to check if ur current contactless limit is set below 1k or not.

Contactless limit doesn't apply if using Apple Pay, only the daily purchase limit and single transaction limit apply. OP should check the limits in their online banking tbh

Is there any limit for apple pay wave? I tried 1k+ but declined. Need to setting on card or apple pay?

Hi does anyone know the limit for Apple Pay via SC credit cards? Tried to use it for a payment of over RM1500 and it didn’t go through. Had to use the physical card only it went through.
