NFC loyalty cards are actually very useful (goodbye physical cards~), just tap and you're good to go, then tap again to pay with your AP added cards. e.g: Woolworths AU. Let's hope that AEON will implement it soon... since their member cards are prepaid Visa cards.

Although Boost Juice Malaysia app supports Apple Pay, the payment would not go through. Ended up with "Payment Failed".

I've been trying to add my Boost Juice MY card to my Apple Wallet though but no luck, they kept on showing error messages :'(. end up sien already rather launch Boost Juice MY app to show barcode. Any solution? Teach abit

Oh my Citi Debit card was issued by Citi Australia. And all AU Banks support Apple Pay.

Btw tried purchasing (failed) via AP again. Seems like their error message got updated. The transaction failed as our Boost Juice MY app is still v1.0.0 while other countries using v3.4.0+

Kinda same actually (currently once per 3-4 weeks maybe?). Even my IKEA card usage > Boost Juice card lol... But still, easy access to Boost Loyalty Cards right~.

But if you compare them as below, abit ugh... lol

Unlock Phone -> Swipe down -> Search Boost Juice App -> Launch Boost App -> 'Scan My Card' -> Show Barcode -> Beep*

vs

Tap tap -> Boost Juice Wallet Barcode -> Beep*

They'll need to unlock your watch in order to use Apple Pay.

If not mistaken 99 SpeedMart uses orange card terminal.

Went to AEON Cheras Selatan yesterday. Wanted to use Maybank Terminal at the counter cause definitely accepts Apple Pay. Until the promoter aunty told me to use that Sunmi Self-Checkout Terminal as they just updated their system. And you know what... boop-ping*, worked. I think AEON is slowly updating their Sunmi Terminals to accept Apple Pay.

Some out of topic question since we have many Apple Gurus here. Just updated to iOS 16.2 and realised 5G selection is up for my telco Celcom. How bout other telcos? Can detect 5G signal? Afaik the nearest tower from me is ~150m away lol…

Update: it worked… tested for signal and speed outside my place.

Yep, tried using AMEX to reload, worked like a charm. Same issue for MBB Visa till now...ew.

No wonder lo. Nvm I went Konbinis to reload over the counter dy. Easiest way.
