Ironically....
Apple users here calling for Apple Pay kickoff in Malaysia....while all the financial institutions not in for it yet...because low population, even though maybe high utilization expected
Android side happily roll it on with high population, but low utilization I believe...
Many android around me not using mobile payment like boost, Samsung pay, Maybank pay, etc, citing security concern...

Of the above banks and card, I have only the maybank 2 which Amex can’t use now and the Mastercard that is practically useless
Any recommended card to go with for Maybank?

Although don't know it will support it in the future or not.
At least HLB arrange relevant staff to study feasibility.
hope fully it can be supported AP in 2022.

TBH, i actually thinking to jump ship from citibank.. since i dont see any chances of them supporting apple pay ...

considering either SC or AMB, maybank card design is so damn old style ... HAHA
*
i try to consider but thinking what to go for, currently has a citi which is MC, and another 1 is Visa
don wish to change then become both Visa...
trying to think what option can have from MB/SC/Am that is MC but not high AF etc type...lol

Interesting experience.
Members here may see the same experience happening to them when using BSC parking.

Enter - single tap., to exit - tap twice (1st tap will not raise the boom)
*
that is the sequence, first is to validate and show u the total parking, 2nd is to pay and exit

Given that pauper21 has a tap Transit Card (TnG Card in Los Angeles) in his wallet, the HSBC card could be one issued by HSBC USA which supports Apple Pay.

In any case, HSBC cards issued by HSBC in SG, HK, AU, UK and many more countries supports Apple Pay.

Kinda surprised that HSBC MY did not participate in the Apple Pay launch in Malaysia when they already support this feature in many other countries they currently operate in.
*
because they support Google Wallet tongue.gif

kinda coincident banks for AP vs banks for GW in Malaysia none overlap
