I suggest u cancel that UK account via email, and/or sign up a new Spanish Boon account.

This is because the UK account can only topup via Faster Payment, while Spanish one can topup via bank transfer or telegraphic transfer (TT).

I sign up on iPhone, after download that Boon. app, then **set Region to Spain in iPhone setting first** (you can switch back later),
then fill in your info...
In order to use the Boon. prepaid Mastercard via Apple Pay worldwide,
you'll need to upgrade to Boon. Plus account by submitting your photo, passport frontpage, your ultility bill or bank statement (no PDF),
or your driving licence (front and back) to proof your identity and address.

Yes, you don't need an Europe address or phone number to sign up, they just want to make sure your info is true.

You can only top up via bank transfer or telegraphic transfer (TT), credit card issued outside EU cannot.
Once you get signed up, you'll get a virtual prepaid Mastercard, and a Germany based bank account number.
For bank transfer via local bank is expensive, RM10 for each transfer via Maybank TT, and RM25 with RHB bank.
So I use Skrill to do bank transfer. The rate is OK. For Skrill, you'll need to sign up an account and get verified (similar to above steps).
Skrill can topup with your debit or credit card, and it takes about one business day to process.
Normally when I topup at 3pm (8am in Europe), and the fund would be received at 9pm, or latest by 3pm the next day.

I feel cool when I use Apple Pay here in Malaysia haha, and I can also use it as Transit Link while riding MRT in Singapore.

So the fund in the prepaid card is Euro currency?
How about the currency exchange rate when u use it in Malaysia?

So the N26 card on Apple Pay only active for for 30 days while waiting the physical card to arrived?
If we are not activating the physical card, then the Apple Pay function will be deactivated?

TransferWise’s MCC codes.

I confirmed with MYB and PBB that these 2 are under Cash Advances. ☹️

It means that if you use either bank's credit card to charge TransferWise/Wise, banks will label it as Cash Advance which will incur a 5% interest on your balance every day.

Day 1: RM100 charge by TransferWise, bank add 5%. Total you owe the bank today RM105.
Day 2: RM105 x 105% = RM110.25
Day 3: RM110.25 x 105% = RM115.76
Day 4: RM115.76 x 105% = RM121.55

I also try it with malaysia account and loc, but nothing. i think he just put it to gain money from people click on his referral link.

Yes. Malaysia account cant add to Apple Pay yet.
Basically, he just tell ppl to create Singapore account (virtual card) and top-up SGD30 to get the card details and can add Apple Pay. Misleading title in his post.

But you'll need a valid SG address to open a Wise account right? Is there a way to have a valid SG document?

For me (virtual card), I just use my Malaysia address, but the region is set to Singapore. For verification, i just use my bank statement which showing the same address. And it got verified instantly. Just need to topup SGD30 to get the card details and add to Apple Pay

I'm a bit confused, I remember last time these types of accounts would get rejected or terminated as the info would be incorrect. So I don't need to go through the tedious process of opening a CIMB SG account like shown in the video below?

Yeah. I just trying my luck to use Malaysia address and it got verified. But still pending to topup the SGD30 to activate the virtual card.
