I just follow PoisonSoul instruction.
My verification selfie is using passport (thank god it is still valid).

Hopefully the card can arrive with no issue.

you use the normal debit card option. No transfer option while we are overseas. Correct me if I'm wrong.

*you can always ask TransferWise/Wise CS directly about what to input @ bank for BigPay. They do have BigPay in SG as well.

Apple Pay is going to be launch in Malaysia soon, likely by the end of this year. This is an insider news from someone working in the Bank industry.

Go to Wise and then choose Debit Card option. Not thru BigPay app. Use ur BigPay 16 digits and expiry and CVV.
As for the DBS Bank trick, still, try to contact CS for further clarification and explicitly mention BigPay MALAYSIA otherwise, they might assume BigPay SG.
Topap with CC?!  shocking.gif  shocking.gif  shocking.gif u will be charged an extra 5% on top of the xchange rate given by the bank.

Just tested. From Bigpay “International Transfer” just name the bank as DBS Bank.

First transfer is free. After that Bigpay will charge RM5 per transfer.

You will receive the fund immediately. Very seemless.

Hi, sorry to be abit off-topic but I need some assistance on the wise debit card workaround

basically I have download and registered the wise app and while registering I have initially switched to Singapore with Malaysia address and phone number for the verification process, but I have Faked up by having a slight typo in my name and thus they have rejected my application for the wise card. Today I had contacted CS to rectify the issue and they have amended to my correct name and country to back to Malaysia (cannot change) but I have received an email saying that my multi-currency account needs to be closed  bangwall.gif and my card is now stuck in "preparing" does this mean I will not receive the card and have been banned to try this workaround? since I did not have bigpay I have used my PBB debit card to top-up and wasted around MYR 180 for the currency conversions and top ups  cry.gif

Once they close then you will need to register the new one.
