Slow internet speed

I'm currently subscribed to Maxis homefibre 10mbps.
Internet been very slow recently. Even a short video in FB needs constant buffering. I suspect someone might be stealing my connection with unknown MAC address noted in the Thomson page. Question is, how do i block unknown devices from connecting to my connection without hiding my SSID broadcast? |
