I'm currently subscribed to Maxis homefibre 10mbps.

Internet been very slow recently. Even a short video in FB needs constant buffering.

I suspect someone might be stealing my connection with unknown MAC address noted in the Thomson page. Question is, how do i block unknown devices from connecting to my connection without hiding my SSID broadcast?

If you use WPS, there is a chance of getting hacked. If you are on WPA only, then its very unlikely.

If you want to block it, there should be a configure setting and then untick "allow on WLAN".

Show your full configuration page, anything private just censor.

You're likely using older router which don't have "ALLOW ON WLAN" option.

Click on any of the connections you wanna remove.

BTW, your firmware seems to be rather old. Mine is on V3 and it's green.

You might need to ask the techs. I am not too good with their routers.
In fact, I only went in to change the hardcoded DNS server (through telnet, technical stuffs). Other than that, nothing much I've configured, not that it is very much configurable to begin with anyway.
