Is the freedom clear color (expo) worth to buy? I think it was RM160. Wonder if it was really limited edition and can't get it anymore once sold out?

rm 132, which shop is that where i can find it? thanks.

That's price should be quite ok i think since i don't have any transparent gundams to date.

I have looked at it at :
dalong.net

Even the stand is transparent grey.

But had the idea to paint the internal frame silver and it'll show more through this clear plastics. And just need to find somethign to fit in the head. looks to hollow.

Tamiya TS spray paint can get from Tamiya Underground as well at 1 Utama. i think it's around RM 26 per can. Can have a look at a spectacular 1/12 Enzo Ferarri model there, if not mistaken costs >RM 3000

Panel lining can also be done with tamiya enamel paint and thinner.
use quite watery with a toothpick. It will flow to all the cracks and lines. Then clean up with the thinner.

StarGhazzer, it's really quite satisfying to built a PG. It's enjoyable to see the size and the complexity of the PG's. And if you are a real fan of Gundams' you're gonna have at least one for the proud feeling.

Opening hatches, led's , pistons and so much details where you can spend so much time just looking, moving it to another position and look again. There are so many differences between strike PG and a strike MG which makes the price worth it.

I bought the voice i-doll from metrojaya midvalley and got a SD astray free smile.gif).

Some promotion where if you buy any bandai product, you get a "caravan" packet free. Inside the plastic caravan packet, there's a SD astray. So i think it was a good value to get both of this for Rm26.50

Me neither. nothing on the strike noir MG that catches my attention, so i'm skipping this 1.

Actually considering another 1/100 Griffon aqua type or the new revoltech griffon. I like the badass design. There should have been a gundam that looks as cool as this instead of all the rx-78 lookalikes

ya I know it's 1/35. I have ingram 2 and griffon flight. So get the griffon aqua and put on my office table to hold up a few business cards tongue.gif. Very shiny finish so no need painting.

Maybe they can call it griffon dark emerald gundam and make it 1/100 scale, add
a red emerald on the chest area, add the 2 antenna at the front of the head, add 2 slim cannons at the waist. .. ya.. dream on..

I use a mix of spray cans and gunze paints.

Some spray cans work nicely.

Good:
Eg. Dove flat black, silver

oklar:
dove Decorative chrome (need to be careful and spray so lightly)
clear gloss
(can't remember , another brand flat black, metallic black, clear )
white

avoid:
dove metallic blue ( the metal pieces too large and rough finish)

rclxub.gif sometimes the can just refuse to spray anymore, even though there's still paint inside. so throw them away.

Anyway, if you make a smally mistake, usually gunze thinner can remove. If it's a big mistake, soak in brake fluid. This brake fluid method I have seen it being recommended on many sites, but have yet to try it myself.

.....but still love the tamiya TS like gunmetal, silver leaf, metallic red but fakkin expensive sad.gif for that small can

zaku 2 sure looks good, will definitely get this.

ya..i agree, repeat designs should not be counted in the list.
