Refund deposit to buyer, refund deposit or not ?

Did you accept and sign any offer to purchase upon accepting the RM5,000 deposit?
If yes, is there any clause stating that the RM5,000 to be refunded to the buyer if he fails to obtain a loan? And whether there is a time frame stipulated for the buyer to obtain loan? |
