Guide Version 2.0

Follow the steps below...

1.1 Phone
Please check this minor stuff before doing anything.
1. check your modem working or not.
2. check your computer working or not.
3. check your line ok or not. (check the dsl light i mean)
4. check your splitter ok or not.
5. try to use direct connection.
6. try to use tmnut screamyx dns.
7. go to cmd and type "ipconfig /flushdns".
8. do tmnut speedometer test. (don't on any internet application)
9. Still cannot try other ADSL modem.
10. still cannot try to use other computer.

If any of the 10 things above fails...
Call this number
1300-88-9515 (TMNut Screamyx)
1300-88-1500 (I dunno what this number for...)

Remember that you need to wait for 3~5 minutes at peak Hour. [8a.m.~12a.m.(midnight)]
You will not need to wait at all during off-peak. [12a.m.~8a.m.]

Once the Customer Service representative answer your call, remember to say:
- Hello, my name is [Mr, Ms, Mrs, Dr]
- My login ID is [login ID] (no need to say @streamyx)
- My contact number is [your HP number]
- This account is registered under [applicant's name]
The CS will answer "Thank you for your verification. May I help you?"
- I have problem with streamyx and I had done every minor precaution.
- I would like to make a report.
The CS will ask what is your problem.
- Tell him/her your problem and ask for the report number.
- Keep the report number as reference. Basically it will be 7 digit.

Wait for 2 weeks...
If they did not rectify your problem, read Section 1.2 or 1.3.
Choose the best option that suits you.


1.2 Fax
1. Use this fax number if you want to report your case:
03-77266544 (CS's Fax number 2)
03-26870000 (CS's Fax number)
03-83120099 (ex CEO's Fax number)[checked and no longer working]
03-83183734 (Zainab Hashim's fax number)

2. Please follow the formats:
- (Ready, Go!!!)
- Title
- Date when you're having problem
- Why you ask for waiver, Reason
- Report no. or maybe No's
- Your account No. (screamyx account no.)
- Your username@streamyx
- Registered under whose name. Mr or Mrs who...
- (Your complaint goes here)
- (attachment of video recording and pictures of your screenshot is an advantage)
- Yours sincerely (yours truly is acceptable) and signature
- (Finish!!)

Wait for 2 weeks...
If they did not rectify your problem, read Section 1.3


1.3 E-mail
1. E-mail to this few e-mail address:
custcare@tm.net.my (the worst response ever)
streamyx@tm.net.my (basically you will get replied by this)
ceo@tmnet.com.my (fastest yet the best)
gmmarketing@tmnet.com.my (Still workable...)

2. Follow these formats:
- (Ready, Go!!)
- Title
- Date when you're having problem
- Why you ask for waiver, Reason
- Report no. or maybe No's
- Your account No. (screamyx account no.)
- Your username@streamyx
- Registered under whose name. Mr or Mrs who...
- (Your complaint goes here)
- (attachment of video recording and pictures of your screenshot is an advantage)

Wait for 2 weeks...
If they did not rectify your problem, read Section 1.4


1.4 Mailing Address
1. Send to the address in TM Point or this.
Preferably please use POS Express RM3 for 1 envelope.
This is just to make sure that the TM Nut's receive your letter.

3. follow these formats:

my line is not ok...
Called up 100 4 times and they say they will send a technician.
Until today, now there is no technician coming at all!

mother faker bullsht nouse TM Technician come in messing up when i complain for phone error........u believe or not? for TM, better believe how rude their technicians are.

Basically, most of the time, only 1 technician come my house.

About the screenshot, I got the video captured that my DSL blink suddenly.

They said they will close my report number, but 5 days must report back if still got problem. Which means 1st Jan, technician come your house, by 6th jan must report back if still got problem.

About the technician stuff, I think I will need to write another guide for Stupid Technician.

The Bump thread is to bump this post to 1st one, but only can be used at trade zone.

Remember! When they said that the supervisor will call you back, say that I want to speak to the supervisor right now!

You must use Mr. Chua's way or else they think you're easy to bully.

I have the same thing with you... the CS said that the supervisor will call back but they didn't.
It's just a trick so that you will hang up.
