What about if you missed the station, disembark at the further station, causing your ticket been overcharged, resulting in negative balance? This happens when you ride LRT using a single trip token here, and fare to every station is different.

Its a bit too long IMO. It can get pretty boring real quick unless you want to take a really slow look see/stroll in every part of Bangkok.

Maybe you can try hit Ayutthaya, it can be done in a day. A trip there if driving oneself takes around 1 hour plus abit if traffic is good.

If you like beach, Pattaya is another choice, note that it is extremely touristy and night life sort of place.

Bang Saen is another good beach. Not sure about public transportation as i drove there myself, but there should be plenty of van that will go there.

How much they charge down there ? lol

Where i live they charge 35 baht for 2 hour, somewhere in Samut Prakan.

Is it me or man there is plenty of sketchy looking Africans these days along Sukhumvit, roughly around Soi 1x . One no need to guess much what they are selling here judging by how they look.
