1st week of November how>?

My Itinerary for this day;

Morning session I left house around 6.30am from Shinjuku, reach Tsukiji Market like 7am. Stroll around and took my breakfast there, left around 10am+ to go Ginza. Bought some souvenir in the big mall (can't remember the name) then proceed to Akihabara. I spend until 4pm at Akihabara cause was kind of lost, skipped Ueno Park cause winter and my gf said nothing to be seen there. Proceed to Senso-ji via Ginza Line, reach Asakusa Station.

If you really want to go Ueno Park, I suggest you go Akihabara first, follow by Ueno, then drop off at Asakusa Station to go Senso-ji. And if you have some extra time, can consider to go Tokyo Skytree.
Odaiba you can consider to go to the Onsen. It is quite different from others cause it is quite commercialized but all I see mostly were Japanese instead of tourists. There are still rainbow bridge and statue of liberty for you to see.

If you are going to the places sweet_pez suggest, you only need Metro Pass. Don't get JR pass cause it's alot more expensive. For Kamakura, you can use metro until certain station then pay by suica/pasmo. For Mt Fuji, if you are planning to go on a day trip, can consider Lake Kawaguchi instead of Hakone. You can get nice shots from Lake Kawaguchi too!

As for your Yukata, you can get it from Senso-ji. I saw few shops selling there. But of course the price ain't gonna be cheap. 

Their system was quite good tbh. You have a tag when you check in, and only pay when you check out. You can have onsen as many times as you want and there are entertainments and meals inside. I reckon is a great place for friends to hang out for the night if you guys have no place to crash. I was amazed by the whole system and how their place works. You can even take a nap there!

So the largest Uniqlo got nothing much eh? Now I feel better..   and yeah, if you have not visited Lake Kawaguchiko, please do. It is a nice place to explore, less commercialised compared to Hakone. I had a wonderful time there. Try to Google to pictures during winter in Kawaguchiko. It is amazing!

I went during Feb 18-24.. That period was freezing cold. Wind blows until can go crazy!
Yes. Oedo monogatari onsen. Inside have some entertainment for family and food stalls.. Basically you can spend whole day there no problem. I reckon is a good place for friends to go onsen together then makan together and gossip there.. I saw many Japanese doing the same too!

Ahhh shoot, hope there's enough time to drop by Oedo. I've mapped out a rough idea where I wanna visit in 2018.

Kamakura - day trip
Nikko - 2 days 1 night
Kawaguchiko - 2 days 1 night
Hakone - day trip or maybe overnight trip. This has yet to be decided.
(gotta go again because i'm going with a different group of friends, they haven't been to Hakone)
Odaiba - day trip. Other day(s) - Tokyo city.

Previously in Hakone, i only managed to go Owakudani, ride the ropeway and went on the "cruise" to get to Hakone Shrine. Did anyone visit places other than the ones I've been in Hakone? I'm quite keen on Sengokuhara and perhaps the Little Prince's museum. Any feedback on these? I know there's also the Open Air museum, but I couldn't make it in my last trip.

Talking bout Tokyo, the saddest thing is... I would love to visit One Piece Tower again. The last time I went was so rushed, only managed about 2 hours there. I could totally spend a whole day there where are the One Piece fan(s)...!!!

Max is 72 hours. Just plan to maximize the usage on Metro Pass on the 3 days. After that you can go other places like Lake Kawaguchiko/Hakone, DisneySea, etc. These places you cannot use Metro Pass.

Planning to fly with cathay pacific as i don't really like airasia policy..Hows the airline so far? Would i be able to carry over my stuff over 7kg baggage?

I used MAS from Kota Kinabalu.

I brought about 110k Yen there. and i spent a bit more than 80k yen... I shared my food with my GF most of the time and we only had side food most of the time instead of main dishes in restaurants. So we saved quite a bit there. We spent more than 1k per person on meals only twice, once on okonomiyaki and then one more time in a ramen restaurant. However, i bought some of my toys using credit card.

Oh dear... its better to be over prepared than under prepared. Strongly recommend getting a pair of heat tech, it really helps. I could go around with heat tech + a thick hoodie sometimes (back in autumn) because I love the cold. But i'll suffer when strong wind blows, or when it rains or rained hahaha because then it gets super cold.

My friends doubted me a little when I asked them to pack more, but in the end were glad they did so because it does get really chilly when the sun's out of the way 

You'll have to get used to walking in Japan though. Hokokuji temple was quite far away (about 30 mins of slow walk), but everyone else was walking too, so you won't feel alone doing it.

Too greedy. You will not get to explore the place fully. Only see abit and there, back to Malaysia you'll regret of putting yourself through this itinerary. If I were you, stick with Osaka only. Tokyo 1 week definitely not enough. Just Tokyo alone there are Shinjuku, Shibuya, Odaiba and Ginza. These places takes at least 1 day per district, not to mention Disneysea/land, Mt Fuji. Osaka itself have Kyoto, Nara, Kobe to visit as well.

If you want to explore fully the cities, go to only states. Osaka + Tokyo is also too rush imo for 10 days trip.
Mine was alot cheaper. RM767 to Narita. That time was having promo and not AA.

Any suggestion where to go in tokyo?
I went to shinjuku, shibuya, ueno, ginza, tsukiji and now currently in odaiba oedo springs. So awesome here.
Got 4 more days in tokyo. Planning to go to asakusa.. But thats it.

Btw i havent tried other curry house, but cocohouse? is delicious!
