By law, you cannot open until you leave Jp. But mostly Jp immigration don't check your luggage. I also got open the seal bag cos can't really fit the whole thing inside my luggage
They don't even took out the tax refund paper in my passport that time.Just careful on the liquid quantity limit and also alcohol stuff.
