hehe.... different ppl different way to rush the early 9.20am AA flight. i choose to stay at airport hotel. cost me rm300 with free spa & breakfast. but i did not use the spa bcox i was damn tired when i reach the hotel at 9pm. but honestly if you guys choose the most earlier train or bus actually can make it on time d but need to wake up early la... Chitose airport not so crowded also. check in n custom quite fast d.

I spend 3 nights at sapporo, otaru I take train from sapporo. Try to go early morning la... so u hav more time to look around and shop for handcraft thing.

For me a day trip to otaru is enough. Basically otaru is all handcraft. U wan buy souvenirs otaru mayb the best place. But quite mahal la... hehe... but the handcraft there is quite special d. There got a cable car to a mountain dono wat name d, can view the otaru bay d. I nvr been there but heard is quite nice. I plan to reach otaru at morning 10am like that and then go to the mountain 1st then lunch and then shop at otaru but bcox of i drink with my friend at sapporo the previous night i cant wake up early enough. Hehe... i reach otaru at 1pm++ so i skip the mountain plan d. The popular music box museum most likely to cost you 1-2 hours inside d bcox it got a lot of thing to see and buy. Take note that shop at there close quite early d. 6pm onwards got shop start to close d. The canal there also worth to go d. At night quite nice d.

Sapporo depends on where you wanna go. I went mount moiwa, moerenuma park, hokkaido U, hokkaido shrine and maruyama zoo. I spend almost a day shopping around sapporo also la... looking for watch, toys and some other japan stuff. I can spend 3-4 hours at Bic Camera and Yodobashi at each end of sapporo station. These two shop basically u can get most tech stuff and hobby thing in japan with cheaper price.

actually it is still possible to take the last train out of haneda airport 1 just have to be no delay out of plane, take luggage straight go immigration. toilet need to be fast also. if you don wish to rush then quite a lot of hotel nearby airport which provide free pick up at airport also.

if you are asking bout whole trip then big group look like more suitable using airbnb and cheaper also....
