Instead of asking, he/she should go out and survey. Those who already have camera won't bother to inform ppl like this, i.e I won't bother if my camera drops price, unless I wanna upgrade to the one that he/she wants. I can be of great help to those who need recommendation for good shops but those who want the BEST price should go out and survey. Make some calls won't hurt as well.
