I think each and every complaint should be addressed by respective car manufacturers especially homegrown ones like P1 and P2 . Imagine if P1 /P2 customer service use exactly the "excuse" you write above. Who to turn to now? drive to BMW SC and beg them fix our P1/P2 car?
