Hi All

It's clear from the topic.

Planning to buy BRAND new car from Perodua?
Well I bought Myvi full option
Advance 2016 3 weeks old only

And here is my story.

" Good afternoon
Wish u doing well
Less than a month I bought brand New myvi advance Cash payment.
Today
I have sent the car to service center to check the GPS was not working. They said something wrong with the whole TV set so they need to take it out and send to the factory for checking.
As the guy said it will took 3-4 weeks
😕 the car still not even 1 month old and means they sold me something been not function since first day. Which is that's why people running far to get second hand car!!

As i tried to get any help with the them to replace me new one or at least give me stand by part till they fix the old one but they claimed this routine will goes to all our customers!!

How can big company treat me like this.
I bought the car closing my eyes putting all my trust to get brand new car with all parts working in good condition.

Now I'm driving the car while it look like this.
My job force me to meet people in my car bring them from point to point to make a deals.
It's really look disgusting now. How i will drive car looks this way while it just not even one month.

Please i hope i can get help with this issue.

I sent this message to Perodua website and Facebook wishing to get response but no one gives shit..

And today engine light popping out for No any weird sign??
Once I started to drove the car. The Auto gear box not changing the gear!!! And when i call the service center thay said sorry u need to make appointment first.???

Ok then who will drive me to my job? What the point of paying cash 57k for crappy sick iron doesn't even stand years to give me problems

I already got bad experience since I bought the car.
Dashboard keep making noise, steering not going smooth and nothing from the before sales was working perfectly.

Before I bought the car they was explaining as I'm getting perfect car.
Once i paid the cash all and take it out. Problems started to happen.

I'm not complaining but I'm saying my honest feedback as the service center people will hear that and just give US there back.

U haven't got case like mine.1day took the brand new car second day rear drum brake jam.just 12km drive on the odo meter.
Then engine not so smooth from 1500rpm till 2000rpm will jerk a bit..servos center said ecu problem
Then drive a few days the while engine just shut down on the middle of the road
My car even not mod anything.all just standard
Go to servis center ask they repair.they just reset the ecu...

Okey after the ecu they change.the rpm issue still jerking still got.its just the engine shut down they fix..after 4year using the whole car burn by its self .lucky my insurance got cover..paid 95%..

Lucky the engine die off no car bang from rear..and the car burn its self my sister manage came out of the car.if all lock down.my sister die inside..

every car, every brand also got lemon unit.

nothing is prefect....
but now is depend on their customer service level and support.

What proof u need. By snapping pic of email so will believe?? Those stuff anyone can faked.
U want see come to private and meetup to see ur self.

Not professional way to put my privacy info or any conversation we had in public.

As I mentioned above in the topic I'm saying my bad experience and letting others to take note before thay make their worst decision ever.

I agree, very bad service from Perodua. They should have replaced the head unit on the spot instead of taking out for repair leaving a big hole in the dashboard for weeks. I've never heard of SCs repairing cars this way. Terrible!

Wow can feel ur pain.

New car sure frust.. Sorry to say i think u got a lemon unit.

If i were u i would demand a new unit!!

Which service centre u went to? New head unit also don't have?

Can't just leave a big hole like that

lol... have never heard of any sc doing this (leaving a hole) before....

about the engine light... better get that checked~


all brands have their lemon units.... down to dumb luck i guess

You think people got time to invent stories when they have no grievances? People post complaints because they have reasons to be unhappy not because they want to defame a company for fun. If you are working in Perodua you should do something to help him instead of asking for proof just to deflect a valid complaint.

may i ask u about the GPS as mine also not working well...

GPS keep searching and at times not syncing and i didnt bother to use it anymore...

If u are in any new proton model (suprima preve iriz)fb group, this is very normal for the SC to leave a hole there.

mine case unit were almost 7 ago..so u wanna the bomba report ?
u haven't heard my cousin perodua kelisa rear wheel came off when exit the highway conner.then the perodua officer give my cousin each ppl rm5000 voucher buy for the ppl inside car to shut up thier mouth (case tutup) plus a free myvy for my cousin before the 1st generation my came out on the market

my friends were a japanese translator for daihatsu japan engineer.they sell the machine from japan for perodua press the body part and blueprint for the engine..perodua ppl lazy to follow the daihatsu plan..wanna hurry set up the car..end up many lemond unit from 1gen myvy(end up the daihatsu japan engineer tell my friend wait 1 or 2 year then buy myvy)
my car also that times buy also need to wait 9month .end up a lot of problem
