I upgraded to 30 mbps a long time ago but my average speedtest is always 15mbps, I've only seen it go up to 30 once before! Any ideas what it could be? I live in a condo, router is an Asus RT-AC66U and the modem is the big white ZTE.

Called TM once before to complain and after trying stuff they said that they would need to send someone over?
