Guys, ive did the thumb print process 2days ago. How long on average should I be expecting for installation or get news regarding my installation?

There's no official word within them internally so maybe that's why they wouldn't dare to say anything. Plus if they said anything then suddenly corporate decision change, you can say the TM Point personnel behind the counter is lying but actually he/she is only following orders, not the ones at the top lvl of the conglomerate.

Possibly because not all lines can support faster connection like high rise buildings. Need some control method over this matter

At the end of the day, she is only a staff that follows orders and instruction. Might not know bout the latest policy which might change. Just wait and see I guess.
