The fact, for those who subscribe unifi this month campaign, will get speed upgrade starting April 2017 as u can see in TM portal detail in Tnc & FaQ. For current customer/user will get free upgrade starting 1st Jan 2017 phase by phase but official statement from TM still not released yet. Many things not clear. Like rojak u know, all story, rumors, assumptions mix together then make a news/conclusion + TM side also sometimes make mistake in their statement, published then retract back. 

Even call 100, go to TMpoint, even different person different answer, they also cannot give proper answer, they also will say no latest info yet. They also donno how to explain & no confident to explain.

the speed upgrade thing very confusing. Why they still need to ask the customers permission to upgrade their speed? Price remain same and the package will be better with no contract also. No need ask customers just do it can already 1.

just talked with their support on the upgrade thing. She say no need do anything. U did not get the sms or email also will get that upgrade. Can i trust on her words? because i did not receive a single damn email or sms about this upgrade thing.
