Please someone help me solve this:
I took unifi 30mbps pack in May 2016. When my hypptv subscription expired on 13 June 2016 and I logged on to the TM website and subscribed to the hypptv global package. Ever since then the page is showing that I have incurred RM 384.9 cancellation charge even though I just upgraded my hypptv package.
I called them and logged a complaint with them and they acknowledged that it is a system fault. But they kept closing the ticket. Then I was advised to go in person to their service centre and write a complaint. I did that on 17 Jul 2016.
I emailed them after 1 month and they said they had to do a detailed investigation which is why it's taking so long. But I had to pay the fine in the meanwhile because the billing kept calling me and saying even if investigation is ongoing I need to pay to keep service ongoing. They also gave me a second ticket number saying the previous one is too old and yet this issue is still unresolved.
It has been almost 3 months. Please help me with this. I am so tired of this.

QUOTE(soyusa @ Oct 4 2016, 10:44 AM) Have you raised this up to MCMC? I've contacted their customer support both by phone and email. I'm not sure what MCMC is?

QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 4 2016, 10:55 AM) Or known as SKMM in Malay. http://www.skmm.gov.my/QUOTE(soyusa @ Oct 4 2016, 11:00 AM) MCMC = Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission @ http://www.skmm.gov.myAnyway, please proceed raise your complaint via Communications and Multimedia Consumer Forum of Malaysia (CFM) Portal about it, remember to provide the case number given by TM about it too so that they can "Talk" with TM. Thank you so very much for your advice. This is exactly what I'm going to do. I also emailed them yesterday and their reply was that "the case is open and we are investigating".

QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 4 2016, 08:02 PM) Yes, please. I had given TM a hard time one year ago when I complained via MCMC. Action was taken very quickly and came out with a resolution. Complained to MCMC and lo behold. One day later they resolved the issue and notified me that I would get the overcharged money back in the next two billing cycles. Thank you fruitie and everyone else who advised me to complain to MCMC.
