TM just closed my ticket regarding the price reduction from 199 to 179, without any response or call. don't say i didn't ask nicely, but time to go the mcmc way.

well, the emails said "thank you surpriseS", i think it doesnt necessarily mean speed upgrade only. it might be some special rebate or deals or whatever gesture. getting the email doesn't guarantee you a speed upgrade, IMHO.
