QUOTE(jhleo1 @ Dec 5 2016, 04:43 PM) There is statement conflict in between "Terms & Conditions" & "FAQ section" from the website. From what i know, they will call / sms or email and ask for approval and u cannot have free upgrade before to entitle for it.It stated in FAQ section when you click on it. Only Eligible to:- i) Customers have to be registered for the qualifying services before 31st December 2016. Not an automatic upgrade. Customers have to apply for upgrade ii) Customers must not have been given a free upgrade prior to the Budget 2017 announcement (those upgraded between May – September 2016) So those eligible need to give consent via e-mail or SMS. Upgrade will be done in phases (starting from April 2017) The more you read, the more you confuse. Lol |

I pm their facebook and ask if my line can support 50/100 mbps and only giving me computer respond ( will call , sms, etc ) then 15 min later people from maxis call me and say my name include in phase 1 free upgrade next year and ask me whether want to subscribe 30 mbps... while i am using 30 mbps from unifi atm.... Told them im still under contract and they say ok bye.. lol...
