depends one.. usually wont do it at lawyer firm... will only do it at lawyer firm for title transfer which usually after you got the key... wont VP and transfer title at the same day....

i rmb new ruling have to transfer title within a short period of time... not sure how long and how efficient is it... haha... the condo i owned already few years liao... practice maybe change... my parent condo last time took 10 years to transfer title... haha
