This afternoon I already travelled down to Ipoh (90 minutes from my home), and wait to replace the 4 units of note 7 tomorrow include my unit (rest 3 belongs to my friends)

At first thought can settle all tomorrow but now I've to stay one more night in Ipoh just because of the stupid maxis

dun think there's anything that can be done other than stop selling Note7.

of course they could reduce battery size... assuming it's an issue with big battery in physically small slot. but if it's other issue... susah.

They split customer into 3 batch
1st batch 10am - 1pm
2nd batch 2pm - 5pm
3rd batch 6pm - 9pm

Requirement: MUST bring receipt, full box phone with EVERYTHING inside the box include charger, usb-c adapter, cable, earphone

I think because people want to transfer from old N7 to new N7? And for the staff to rest also.
Anyway it is a good move to have such service. Really praise them.

I got call from Samsung today. they ask me to come to do exchange for my note 7 on 4 oct due to stock issue. I told them my unit is having serious bootloop and when charge hp become so hot until almost want to explode. u ask me to come next week hah?

then they ask me to walk in Samsung outlet anytime from tomorrow onward.

wow..i called samsung mines just now around 5 something and ask if they have stock black colour for exchange. and the guy told me yes they have.i can just go tomorrow after 10am..lol

Actually from the Samsung official page FAQ only stated that they allow exchange even if missing accessories.

Hmmm? Seems like most of my friends are getting phone calls from samsung to make appointment to collect their phone . But I did not receive anything from klcc. Just walk in?
