Airbnb listing should be unique and different while maintaining thru concept of locality. For Airbnb at the end of the day is price. No matter how beautiful your home if the price is high people won't stay. My condo in Subang there was a tenant who stayed short term and he rob 4 condos. The burglar stayed for a week. Though I was not sure whether it's from an Airbnb or not.
JMB then stated that all short term stays must register with office. Though after that less short term stayers. |
